REMEMBER THAT:

• To avoid waiting times, we recommend booking through the ONLINE SHOP available on this site.
• Lesson bookings can also be made by phone or email, but NOT through WhatsApp or social media. For phone and email bookings, it is always necessary to wait for confirmation from the office.
• Private lessons that have already been booked can be RESCHEDULED to another date WITHIN 48 HOURS before the start of the lesson, subject to availability, by sending an email to info@pianidibobbiobschool.com with the subject LESSON RESCHEDULE.
• Private lessons that have already been booked can be CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS before the start of the lesson by sending an email to info@pianidibobbiobschool.com with the subject CANCELLATION. The Ski School will refund the full amount paid via bank transfer or payment card refund.
• The personalized schedule for group lessons can be modified WITHIN 48 HOURS before the start of the lesson for which the date change is requested. Lessons not used by the end of the season cannot be refunded.
• Lessons last 55 minutes, and we kindly ask parents to be punctual both at the start and to share in the excitement of their child’s end of the lesson.
• Lessons take place in all weather conditions, as long as the ski lifts remain open, even partially.
• Purchased lesson packages are personal and non-transferable, and they must be used exclusively during the current winter season. They cannot be refunded or carried over to the next season.
• Minors under 18 years old must wear a protective helmet.
• Slope users must have liability insurance (RCT), which can be purchased with the ski pass at the ticket office (Art. 30 Legislative Decree No. 40/2021). Equipment rental and ski passes are not included in the lesson cost. A ski pass is always required for any type of lesson. You can purchase your ski pass online at www.pianidibobbio.com and rent your equipment at B-RENT, located at the Barzio-Piani di Bobbio cable car departure point.
• On holiday days, we recommend ARRIVING WELL IN ADVANCE at Piani di Bobbio, and in any case at least 15 minutes before the lesson starts, having already purchased the ski pass and rented skis, boots, and other technical equipment.
• ALL GROUP COURSES ON HOLIDAYS START FROM PIANI DI BOBBIO at our GROUP LESSONS MEETING POINT, where one of our staff will be there to welcome you.
• In case the minimum number of participants for a group course is not reached, the Ski School reserves the right to reduce the lesson hours or merge students into another group.
• For the best experience and to ensure the student’s safety, parents are encouraged to inform the Ski School or the instructor of any special physical or psychological conditions of the child.
